CHANDIGARH: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal, Sundayexpressed deep anguish at the demise of noted Punjabi ballet singer of international repute Karnail Singh Paras, who was also father of President, Lok Bhalai Party Balwant Singh Ramuwalia. Karnail Singh Paras died at Moga late last night after brief illness.
