MANAGEMENT APTITUDE TEST ON 3rd MAY

All India Management Association (AIMA) would be conducting Management Aptitude Test (MAT) exam on 3rd May 2009. In Chandigarh, the application forms were available at 'Aashirwad Insitute', SCO 30, Sector 15C, a nodal centre of AIMA. The last date for submission of forms is 11th April.
The prominent Business Schools participating in May MAT from the region are Aryans Business School(ABS), Banur; BGIMT, Sangrur; BGIET, Sangrur; CBS, Mohali; CMS, Patiala; CMT, Patiala; Dr. IT BS, Patiala; SVBS, Patiala; GBS, Patiala; SVIET, Patiala; SVSM, Patiala; CMTR, Kharar; DBIMCS, Mandi Gobindgarh; GNIMT, Ludhiana; LCET, Ludhiana; LPU, Phagwara; RIMT, Mandi Gobindgarh; RIMT IMCT, Mandi Gobindgarh; etc.
This test is usually conducted 4 times each year in February, May, September and December. The eligibility for the MAT Test is Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, but students appearing in final year of their degree course can also apply for the same. MAT Bulletin and Application Form can be obtained by sending a Demand Draft for Rs. 1050/ to AIMA-CMS, drawn in favour of "All India Management Association-CMS" payable at New Delhi or on cash payment of Rs 980/- at AIMA counter at Delhi, selected branches of Bank of Baroda (BoB), AIMA Study Centers and other outlets. Last date of Availability of MAT Bulletin is 8th April 2009.
It is to be mentioned that MAT has become popular with over 430 of AICTE approved Institutions & University departments participating in it. Lacs of MBA aspirants are availing AIMA's testing services from the last six years. In 2004, Government of India has approved MAT as National Entrance Test by Government of India.
