LUDHIANA: Vikas Garg Deputy Commissioner-Cum-District Election Officer informed that according to notification of Election Commission Of India, nomination papers can be filled by candidates 17 April 2009 to 24 April 2009 for Ludhiana Parliamentary seat in DC Office between 11 am to 3 pm on any day other than a public holiday.
