It has been a long and tiresome campaign for both, you in the media and us in politics. As everything is being wrapped up, I look back to those hectic days and recall and acknowledge your support and cooperation under all circumstances and in all situations. Our campaign would never have been complete, and in fact it can never be, without your support. Words fail me to express the depth of gratitude that you deserve for being with us all through our campaign.

 

Your sincere and objective support made it possible for us to reach out to every person and every voter to whom we wanted to convey our point of view. Had it not been for you, our efforts would have fallen far too short of our requirements as it would not have been humanly possible for us to reach out to the entire electorate.
