Punjab nominates Dr.Mann as member dental council of India

CHANDIGARH: The Punjab Government has nominated Dr. Randeep Singh Mann BDS, FICOI (USA), as the member of the Dental Council of India from the state of Punjab.Disclosing this here today a spokesman of the Punjab Government said that this nomination had been made under the section 3 (e) of the Dental Act 1948 for the term of 5 years in place of Dr. Vikas Jindal of Ludhiana.

CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Government has decided to further modify the relevant revised pay scales of HCMS doctors in Health Department.While stating this here Saturday, a spokesman of Haryana Finance Department said that earlier the pay scales were revised with effect from January 1, 2006.

CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Government has decided to revise the Non Practice Allowance (NPA) at uniform rate of 25 percent of the basic pay (Pay in Pay Band + Grade Pay) in the revised pay structure to all the doctors of Health Department, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Ayush Department (AMO/UMO/HMO) with effect from January 1, 2006. The basic pay plus NPA should not exceed Rs. 85,000 per month.

A decision to this effect was taken by the Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal while presiding over a meeting of the high powered deputation of Saini Association, Punjab led by its Chairman Tarsem Saini here at Punjab Bhawan this evening.
