HP govt clears industrial projects worth Rs,306 crores

SHIMLA: The State Level Single Window Clearance and Monitoring Authority (SLSWC MA) met here under the Chairmanship of Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister and cleared in principle 10 new proposals for setting up of industrial projects in the State involving an investment of Rs. 306.63 crore and generating employment potential of 1,770 persons.

471 Malwa villages in Punjab to have clean drinking water

CHANDIGARH: Plan to provide Reverse Osmosis i.e. RO based safe drinking water popularly known as Saanjha Paani in 471 identified problem villages of Six Districts of Malwa region of the state by 31st of March this year. A provision of Rs. 25 Crore had been made for this project.
