Muni Chetan dev Ji was a great Social Worker of Rajpura Punjab India like beer ji of Patiala. Everybody was call him muni ji. I know him before 1967 when Muni Ji and Late Shri Piyara lal Ji Khurana (father of Shri Raj Khurana MLA Rajpura) was arrange himself a free medical eye relief camp in the Arya Samaj Mandir Rajpura Town and in the time of closing ceremoney of Eye relief Camp Sh. Hans Raj Sharma former Finance Minister of Punjab Chandigarh was a Chief Guest and the Lions Club of International Rajpura was arrange everything for the help of Muni Ji and start a free eye relief camp two time in a year. Smt late Premi Bai w/o late Muni Ji and Radha Devi w/o late shri Piyara Lal Khurana boths was help and serve in the time of eye relief camp day and night and they got all time peace of mind and happyness. I cannot forget their friendship for the service of social.Every Year in the day of Diwali Muni Ji was arrange a Sobha Yatra for the those peoples whose sleeping and not awake up for social service and in the night they give me a little service to hange up a lots of candles on the up sides of walls on the Arya Samaj Mandir Rajpura Town Punjab India.Muni Ji was also start a school in 1964 with the Purposal of Shri Chander Kishore Ji Arya Minister of the Arya Samaj Mandir and Prof. D.N.Gupta was the first Principal of Arya School Rajpura and after two years late madam Chander Kanta w/o Shri Ramesh Ji of Sirhind take a charge of Principal. Everytime of Function of School Muni Ji did not allow to take a photo to anybody because they did not want publicity like the Politicsman. He always believe in the present time work and he was also make a YAG SHALLA made by only cement and iron means without any one brick. He was so much love to the Children and always ready for the helpless peoples and families.I have remembered that in 1975 once day there was a big tragedy day when the Punjab Police intered into the Arya Samaj Mandir with shoes and uniform without any reason broken the locks of the Arya Samaj Mandir Rajpura Town and Muni Ji started a STYA GREHA against the Punjab Police and the Government of Punjab in the time of Mahashya Shanti Parkash president of Arya Samaj Mandir. Every day 20 mens was sit on the SATYA GREHA without eating and drinking anything for agaist the Punjab Police and Muni Ji and all of the STYA GREH PEOPLES arrested with muni ji and the government make a condumpt of the court to the Muni ji And to hear this arrested news also visit Mahashya Virender Ji The Editor of Daily Vir Partap and Swami Agnivesh Ji and Swami Indervesh was also join in the SATYA GREHA and at last the Punjab Police whose inter with the shoes and uniform and broken the locks of the Temple of Arya Samaj Mandir Rajpura was dismissed and the Government of Punjab mercy from everybody STYA GREHI and comprorised with Muni Ji.Muni Ji was always ready for the help to helpless peoples and they don,t like characterless and bad habits peoples and they always advise agaist smoking and alchohal drinking and advise to wearing simply cloths and make strong mind.I have heared that Muni Ji was buy a place of Arya Samaj Mandir of Rajpura Punjab India to sale her wife gold and after everybody help him to make a Arya Samaj Mandir Rajpura Town and he was love so much Arya Samaj Mandir and little take care of his Family because hewas always says that everybody like to see me a like my own family. In the last time they asked to their five sons that he want to enter and see the Arya Samaj Mandir in the last breething time and His sons like do its then they leaved their breath in the name of the God in 1985.At Last I want to say that JO SHAMMA MUNI JI NE ROSHAN KI THIUSI SHAMMA KO ROSHAN KARNE KI HAM KASAM KHATE HE we should go to that place of remarks whose show us Muni ji and advised to the social service to the all people of Rajpura Punjab India and all over the world say like Muni ji HELP THE HELPLESS PEOPLES SHOULD BE OUR MAIN MOTTO OF LIVING.
BUT I WANT TO DRAW TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT IN THE TIME OF POLITICAL, LIKE PUNJAB LAGISLATIVES ASSEMBLY AND OTHERS ELECTION EVERY PARTY CANDIDATE RESPECT TO HIM AND PROMISED THAT NEAR THE ARYA SAMAJ MANDIR CHOCK IT WILL BE NAME OF THE MUNI CHETAN DEV CHOCK AND WILL BE BUILT A ROUND FLOWER POTT NEAR THE ARYA SAMAJ CHOCK BUT ......................
