CHANDIGARH: Punjab cooperative department has started a new initiative to have direct tie up with different companies to provide different consumer goods of daily use to the farmers and villagers at 30 percent discount besides ensuring 3.5 percent commission to the concerned Cooperative Agriculture Service Society (CASS).
