The Pronunciation of the Banis
SikhDVD.com is pleased to present to you a unique effort by Rajnarind Kaur, who is a devout Gursikh and also born in America! A successful career woman, Rajnarind Kaur, while on business met Brasilian Sikhs who had never seen a Punjabi Sikh before! After doing paath and kirtan with them over several months, Bani Pro’s concept was born. Rajnarind explored new methods for Gurbani learning by employing modern tools, so that each certain pauri/stanza is on a specific track inorder to make best the use of one’s time.
She shares a set of two Audio CDs for pronunciation and learning methodology with those for whom Gurmukhi is not their native language.
Bani Pro1 includes the five banis of the Sikhs: Japji Sahib, Jaap Sahib, Tva Prasaad Svaeeyay, Rehras Sahib and Sohila.

BaniPro2 (2006)

Bani Pro2 includes: Mool Mantar, Shabad Hazaray, Kabiyo Baach Bayntee Chaupa-ee, Anand Sahib and Ardaas

Bani Pro CDs help those who do not know how to correctly pronounce Gurbani. Utilizing modern technology, a specific portion of a bani can be played and practiced an unlimited number of times.
Bani Pro will prove to be of immense help to those who are desirous of learning the correct pronunciation of Gurbani and to whom Punjabi is not their native language.
The banis in these Nitnem CDs are arranged, so that, one can master a certain pauri/stanza by repeating a specific track.
