GLARING EXAMPLE OF AKALI LEADERS BREAKING THE RULES UNDER OBLIGING OFFICERS

I am releasing a copy of official letter given to me under the RTI Act 2005 dated 1-4-09 by the IGP HQRS Punjab Police wherein the IGP has clearly stated responding to my question, that Bibi Jagir Kaur Ex MLA is using one car and one gypsy jeep which are her personal vehicles and that they do not carry any red lights.I am attaching photographs of 1-7-09 of Kapurthala where Bibi Jagir Kaur had gone to take charge as Chairperson Planning Committee and it is clearly evident in the photographs that her Ford Endeavour Jeep No. PB 08 W 5553(T) has a red light atop, similarly she is using a gypsy jeep No. PB 08 U 3447 with red flags and sirens which are contrary to the information provided to me by IGP HQRS Punjab Police. The usage of red light and gypsy jeep with red flags is grossly illegal and the wrong information provided to me by the IGP HQRS under the RTI Act is unconstitutional. In the third picture the SSP Kapurthala Sh. Ram Singh is standing on the left of Bibi Jagir Kaur and the DC Kapurthala Sh. R.K Chawdhary is on the right of Bibi Jagir Kaur.
It is noteworthy that Bibi Jagir Kaur does not fall in any category of people who are entitled to red light or an escort gypsy jeep vehicle but unfortunately the custodians of law are accompanying the law breaker as shown in the third picture. This is another classic example of different laws for different people in Punjab, one for political people of the ruling party and the other for the ordinary people. There is no point challaning ordinary people of various traffic violations in the state if people like Jagir Kaur can break rules right under the noses of the SSP and DC Kapurthala.
