" REPORTING ON THE FATE OF VICTIMS IN SITUATIONS OF ARMED VIOLENCE "

First Prize - Rs. 50,000
Second Prize - Rs. 30,000
Third Prize - Rs - 20,000

journalists who have written an article on humanitarian issues linked to a situation of armed violence , please mail a copy with complete details of names, organization , address , contact number and e mail id to presidentpcp@gmail.com or info@pressclubpatiala.com.  or by post before June 18 , 2009 at press club Patiala Secretariat  near 20 no railway crossing Baradari Garden Patiala (last date of entries to reach Chennai is June 30 , 2009.
Articles should have been published in an Indian national or regional newspaper or magazine in any Indian language  or in  English between  April 2008 and March . The Indian Language article must have its exact English translation. Proof of the published article is must and only one entry per journalist.
