मेरे पियारे बेटे गरीश नागपाल
मैंने अप्प से पिछली बार जगराते की कैसेट मांगी थी मेरे खिआल में वोह अभी तक नही आई मैंने अप्प की सब प्रॉब्लम हल कराइ हे जो मेरा एक बाप होने के नाते फ़र्ज़ भी है और आपने अभी तक फोटो नही भेजी फोटो के साथ भगत की फोटो भी जरुर भेजना । मैं बहुत ही कठिन मुशकिलों में टाइम पास कर रहा हु केवल अपने परिवार की लिए अगर टेलीविजन ख़राब है तो परे की तरफ़ धिआन दो जब भी मेरे को पैसे मिलेगे मैं भेज दूँगा । बाकि अप्पकी की मम्मी की तबितात कैसे है अब ? मैं जहाँ रहिता हु वह सभी लोग तम्बाकू और सिगरेट पीते रहिते
है उनकी गन्दी बदबू और सिगरेट के धुएं से मेरी तबियत और ख़राब हो जाती है और खांसी शुरू हो जाती है। आप्प kisi parkar ka फिकर मत करे । जब भी मेरे पास पैसे आए मैं भेज दूंगा। अपने फ़र्ज़ और अपनी पराई का धिआन रखे ।

Mais je veux tirer à votre préavis gentil que je veux à salut à toutes les familles de Bagarreurs de Liberté comme un Roi de l'Inde et un jour j'irai faire aussi est mort et nous devrions oublier la fois passée et maintenant dans le présent à Paris il y a le grand problème de passeport à la toute la Communauté du Pendjab quand j'ai visité à l'Ambassade indienne à Paris daté le 6 novembre et il y avait beaucoup beaucoup de familles dont ont une fois chronomètrent leurs enfants publiant le passeport mais maintenant ils ne peuvent pas renouveler à leur passeport. Ici à Paris il y a beaucoup beaucoup de familles de personnes du Pendjab qui veulent visiter en Inde, mais après vingt an ils peuvent, t visité parce qu'ils n'ont pas permis de visiter en Inde. J'étais surprenant de voir tous les dossiers de communauté seulement du Pendjab qui ont attendent la Table le 6 novembre et l'Ambassade emploient l'âge jusqu'à 60 ans dont fumait dans le côté dans la région d'Ambassade indienne et quand une vieille personne a commencé au tabagisme de l'air noir dans ma bouche alors je lui ai dit de la loi de Parlement européen. Alors il m'a dit que c'est une Ambassade indienne pas le Parlement européen, quand j'ai lui parlent pour arrêter de fumer avec la voix lorg alors il revient en arrière à la pièce d'ambassade indienne.

But I want to draw to your kind notice that I want to salut to all families of Freedom Fighters like a King of India and one day I will also died and we should forget the past time and now in the present time in Paris there is big problem of passport to the all of Punjabi Community when I have visited to Indian Embassy in Paris dated on 6 November and there were many many families whose have once time their children issuing passport but now they can’t renew to their passport. Here in Paris there are many many punjabi persons families who want to visit in india but after twenty year they can,t visited because they have not allowed to visit in India. I was surprising to see the all files of only Punjabi community which have hold on the Table on 6 November and the Embassy employ age up to 60 years whose was smoking in side in the the area of Indian Embassy and when a old person have started to smoking black air into my mouth then I have said to him about the law of European Parliament. Then he said to me that this is a Indian Embassy not European Parliament, when I have speak to him to stop smoking with lorg voice then he return back to Indian embassy room.
